Subject: Too Much Variety
I've heard the first five episodes so far and won't be listening to any more. Only one of them, the second, actually features a half-hour of Ameche and Langford as the Bickersons. The rest are disappointing and unfunny variety shows. These feature twenty minutes of musical numbers and bad comedy, with only the last ten minutes devoted to Ameche and Langford playing their characters.

It's a shame, because the one episode that features a half-hour of Ameche and Langford as the Bickersons (The Snore Ball) is hilarious - one of the best OTR episodes I've ever heard, in fact. If more were like this, I'd definitely listen. But what I've heard thus far leads to me believe I would only be in for more "variety." No thanks.
